Pricing - Assistance with pricing your home based on a comparative market analysis.
EXIT Realty Marketing System – Your home will be entered into the EXIT Realty marketing/information system.
Relocation Program – Information on your property will be put into The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network reaching over 100,000 associates worldwide.
EXIT Realty Bob Lamb & Associates Sign - With your permission, I will place the widely recognized EXIT Realty sign on your property.
Color Brochure - I will produce a full color brochure with pictures which prospective buyers can take with them to remind them of all the details of your home.
Flyer Box– With your permission, I will place a box containing full color flyers, available to prospective buyers driving by.
Lock Box– With your permission, I will place a lock box on your property to increase showings and provide you with the security of knowing who has shown your home and when.
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) - Your property’s information will be entered into MLS, giving your home maximum exposure to thousands of Realtors and prospective buyers in Middle Tennessee.
Worldwide Internet Marketing - Your property will be featured on my website, Think Anne... and on numerous additional real estate sites, including:
- Bob Parks Realty LLC
- Luxury Portfolio (for properties listed in excess of $750,000)
Marketing to Neighbors – I will mail “Just Listed” postcards to the 50 neighbors closest to your property.
Counter Display - I will prepare an informational notebook containing most things a buyer will want to know-survey, school systems, utilities, homeowner’s association, pre-inspection, etc. This information will give buyer’s the confidence to write a contract.
Buyer/Seller Survey – As part of the counter display, we will have a survey card for Realtors and their buyers to fill out and give us feedback on their showing of your home.
Open House - With your permission, I will facilitate your open house.
Communication:
- During the Active Listing Period - I will speak with you on a weekly basic to keep you appraised of the progress of and feedback received from the marketing effort.
- As Offers are Received - I will review with you the stipulations of all offers received and provide you with assistance in your decision, as required.
- During the Escrow Period - I will speak with you at least on a weekly basis as I manage and coordinate the day-to-day tasks required to get to closing, including insuring all appropriate documents are completed, scheduling Inspections, tracking the progress of buyer's loan and communicating with the Title Company.
